What do you like most?
System itself is advance a lot of good features but i cannot fully utilize it because i don't know how to use these functions. The AI help is not very helpful
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support team response, and onboarding training of new partners, i did not know the functions of each tabs, i don't have any idea on how to configure the room occupancy and every tie i ask support or Beatrice I am asked to go back to the AI help guide which isn't helpful at all. Don't expect your new partners to understand how your system works! have a decent onboarding training!
