Optii is a fantastic Platform that optimized housekeeping operations, the team can improve the daily productivity utilizing Optii Keeper, it's very efficient and improves guest satisfaction. It's is a powerful tool that keeps our daily operations well organized and offers good daily reports. I love Optii!!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When a Room Attendant is pausing the room and it needs to be reassigned then we can't reassign it, it will be helpful if the room needs to be reassigned for any reason.
