What do you like most?
We use CRM system for sending offers it is very simple in use and it is big help for FO and reservation team. Really recommended ! Also provide digital campaign with great results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there are mistakes in systems concerning rates - sending very old offer which are not actual. It takes a time to explain that is just mistake. Support could react faster.
