What do you like most?
The tech support Paulina was able to resolute the problem and find out the cause of it and hopefully that part can be fixed soon as it was escalated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing at this time I do not have anything say about improvement as my resolution was resolved. I hope the escalation part can be resolved soon on my by system crashed and that it wont happen again.
