What do you like most?
Reservations tapechart, easy control of rooms and rates, multiple tools to personalize, Easy checkin and checkout, detailed report, quick support response and developers listen to feedbacks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be amazing to have an APP version of WRP, not for Finance/Reports/Back of House but more for HouseKeeping and Check-ins. We moved to Paperless check-in (amazing, easy) but having to use an explorer for it creates issues with the connection and the explorer itself. It could also help HK to check the rooms updates wherever they are within the building.
