What do you like most?
I’ve been using BEONx as a Revenue Management tool for some time now, and overall my experience has been very positive. The platform provides a solid structure for data analysis, rate management, and decision-making, with an intuitive interface and features that genuinely make day-to-day work easier. This makes it easier to optimize pricing strategies with greater agility. I also want to highlight the excellent support from our Account Manager. Her guidance has been essential in helping us get the most out of the platform. She is proactive, solutions-oriented, and always available to help, explain updates, or adjust configurations to our needs. Her professionalism truly makes a noticeable difference in our overall experience with BEONx.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That said, I believe the algorithm still has room for improvement. While most of the recommendations are useful and logical, there are situations where it could be more precise, especially in complex scenarios or when demand shifts abruptly. Still, considering the pace at which the tool is evolving, I’m confident it will continue to improve. BEONx is a very useful tool with strong potential—already fully functional and continually evolving. Although the algorithm could be more accurate, the support and service quality make the overall experience highly satisfying.
