What do you like most?
Managing OTA's. Ability to update pricing anytime, auto emails for checkin, checkouts, etc. , Managing housekeeping. Managing reservations , ability to do room block. The Grid Dashboard makes it easier to look at your reservations at a glance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Pricing is done manually, would be great to be able to group certain rooms. Would be great to be able to download a report for previous room rates. If you can add a feature to add and monitor inventories, it would be perfect!
