What do you like most?
The OPS keeps everyone on the same page. Whether it's a maintenance request or a last minute guest inquiry, the system organizes everything neatly, so there’s no guessing or back&forth. It saves so much time and helps me focus on solving problems quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Adding a dark mode option would be a nice touch. It’d make long work sessions easier on the eyes, especially at night.
