What do you like most?
Reporting is very easy and user friendly. The customer service center has great tech's who really work to solve our issues
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have had quite a few issues with our credit card processing since we switched to emv technology. In the past month we have had our CC readers lose contact with Jonas Chorum 4 times. Usually we can call and a tech resets the interface and it usually fixes the problem. It is just an inconvenience as this usually take 10-20 minutes depending on the tech. which means our CC machines are down and unusable during that time.
