What do you like most?
Once you practice and navigate the system, it is quite user friendly. Nothing complaints. The Representative Val Brook was very nice, professional and answered all my questions the best she can. > Keep on the good work :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When a contact has been created already and I am creating a new account, it should give the option to copy the address and Tel# from the contact itself and if small editing is required EX: Ext# to be added or removed > it would be more faster and helpful. Thank you!
