What do you like most?
I don't know any other system, so I can't judge. I rate positively the matching of various documents to a reservation - proforma, DPP, invoice. The accounting report and the VAT summary in it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A better overview of deposits and issued DPPs would help me; for which in the "unused deposits" report there is no other info than the customer's name and the amount; it would be useful to have the reservation number, creation date, drawdown date/arrival date, and DPP author there. I also have a problem with recording revenues that go through the Vento POS system, and this amount then doesn't match with HotelTime, and then I don't know where the truth is.
