What do you like most?
What I like most about Clock PMS+ is how intuitive and easy it is to use, despite offering a very comprehensive set of features. The cloud-based platform gives us full visibility over hotel operations, while the seamless integrations help automate many daily tasks. I also appreciate the continuous product improvements, excellent training resources through Clock Academy, and the professionalism of the implementation and support teams. Overall, Clock has made our operations more efficient and allows us to focus more on the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this stage, I haven't encountered any significant issues. The platform is continuously evolving, and new features are released regularly. I look forward to seeing even more automation and AI-powered insights in future updates.
