What do you like most?
The worst choice (based on false information) of my life. We were lied to in various ways when signing up—regarding the capture of direct bookings, the quality of their service... (they don't handle inquiries via email but through a ticketing system that gets ignored, and you don't even receive an acknowledgment receipt). They never resolve issues, yet they are very efficient at collecting their commissions and fees. We lost our Superhost status and Airbnb bonuses because of their service... seriously... stay away from eviivo.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer attention and product improvement. 24/7 attention (now days of delays, or no answer and just during week days). good self selling engine... (now is not a purchase atractor)
