What do you like most?
ThinkReservations has been a useful, economical manager of our reservation system for some years now. The are innovative and agile in responding to new market changes and challenges. Most recently we encountered an unusual problem involving fraudulent reservations using stolen credit cards. ThinkReservations resolved the problem for us quickly, to include refunding payments to the legitimate card holders thereby avoiding potential chargeback issues for us. They also instituted broader system controls to avoid similar issues in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No suggestions. ThinkReservations has continued to improve its reservation system to serve its customers better. We highly recommend them. JHB
