What do you like most?
Compared with before, when customer service was only available in English, I really appreciate that they now offer Chinese-language support as well. I’m very grateful for this improvement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be even better if we could reply directly to the emails they send us, without having to use the platform. At the moment, when we receive a meeting notification, we are unable to reply directly to the email, which would be much more convenient.
