Reservation engine, call software. The staff and their closeness, always attentive to any incident. All the staff very professional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, I don't see anything to improve, as they are continuously improving their products and talking to their clients. As always, I would like something to be improved. If I have to point out something, it's the speed of the billing system.
