What do you like most?
Cloudbeds software is well thought out. Setup is easy with default checkin information for reservations. We are able to optimize the room rates for each season.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I sometimes have trouble finding the right dropdown menu for the features I want to set up. But, this could just be because I am new/learning as it is getting easier. Regardless, the onboarding and customer support have been great: responsive and accurate with their assistance.
