What do you like most?
What I appreciate most is the simplicity of the interface. Even when I am not doing reservations myself, I can open the Dashboard or Calendar and understand the property situation quite quickly. It is a practical system for management as well as daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The product is already quite complete, so most of our requests are more about local requirements. Vietnam has specific tax and invoice procedures, and having stronger local integration would reduce some manual work for our team.
