What do you like most?
Planet is clear in the daily workflow and offers many helpful features. I especially want to highlight the support: When I have questions or problems, I receive competent, friendly, and understandable assistance. Just yesterday, I was helped very quickly and thoroughly with my concern. Thank you very much for that!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The payment date can be entered in the booking description, but unfortunately, it cannot be used for evaluations or filters. I miss the ability to, for example, evaluate which payments were actually received in September – regardless of the booking or stay date.
