What do you like most?
The application is very manageable, agile, and complete. The guest engagement is quite comprehensive, and the insights and statistics for the owner are also helpful. The wide possibility of channel connection and its continuous update. The inclusion of configuration in meta-search engines in exchange for a reasonable percentage of commission per sale. The agility in bulk updating prices or sales conditions. Its free tool for automatic information sending (announcements), as a email marketing tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The customization of the booking engine and directory design, the management of the tourist tax, that the inventory was viewable historically (from the first day of contract start or account activation until the current day) or exportable in Excel format. Ability to access a change history within the inventory. Include an optional, customizable customer loyalty program, linked to the CRM, and that repeat customers are detected when making the reservation and rewarded based on the customer level, with an extra cost for the hotelier.
