What do you like most?
Simple, fast and powerful tool to draft engaging guest communication. The CRM tool in combination with Sales Campaign allows for perfect segmentation to address guests very personalized instead of the old "one fits all" newsletter.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Deeper integration with Vioma Clearing station and the option to set child age higher than 17 years. Some Analysis show statistics of bookings but offer no option to see the underlying bookings itself.
