Greater flexibility in interface adjustments and individual requests would be desirable, as our hotel's size often results in specific requirements. Furthermore, the process leading up to sending the offer could require fewer intermediate steps.

The Reguest team is on hand with help and advice. However, maybe 1st point: If you write back a message on the dashboard, that you can mark it so that the other employee knows that this message is already being processed.

The software significantly increases efficiency and speed. Many processes that we had to take care of manually before now happen automatically. This reduces sources of error and we can turn our attention to other important things. Follow-ups and pre- and post-stay, for example, are covered completely autonomously by Re:Guest. We also really like the Messenger, and so do our guests. They appreciate the user-friendly and responsive chat and the fact that they have access to all their offers and booking details, even from past stays.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As long as Re:Guest continues to respond so well to our day-to-day needs, I have nothing to complain about .

Instant notification options for every action (new booking, new message. There is no mobile version of the interface because nearly all hotels use it at the reception on desktop pc while working times. for me it is a 24/7 job to send offers and answering messages, so when im not in the office its difficult to work with.

Very simple! Use it. Nowadays its very important to have good processes. But they should be simple, clear and very powerful. Automation is not only a buzzword, rather a form of thinking and acting. Take care about your business assets.
Reguest has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
This vendor does not appear to have basic support essentials. Vendors who provide top tier support maintain a knowledge base help center and product updates changelog for customers.
