What do you like most?
We use Profitroom as our Booking Engine provider, and they have been a fantastic partner to work with. In addition to a robust and reliable booking engine, they have supported us with their new agent gateway, Corporate Connect, which enables tour operators and corporate clients to access contracted rates with live availability. These bookings flow seamlessly and directly into our PMS, which has significantly streamlined our processes. What truly sets Profitroom apart, however, is their people. The team is consistently approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist at any time. They don’t simply provide technical support — they actively offer advice and insights to help us strengthen our direct booking strategy and drive increased revenues. Profitroom feels less like a supplier and more like a trusted partner who is genuinely invested in our success. We highly value the relationship and would confidently recommend them to any property looking to grow and optimize their direct business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are a few back-end workflows and reporting elements that could flow more intuitively or offer additional insights, but we appreciate that the team is actively working on ongoing improvements.
