Duve is a strong all-in-one platform for hotels, offering reliable support and custom inquiries that tailor the guest journey. Their team ensures smooth operations and adapts features to hotel needs. Unlike competitors that offer only fragments of the guest journey, Duve provides a full all-in-one platform with rich features and strong support, helping hotels simplify work and elevate the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Because the platform suits so many hotels and chains, some features are not relevant for all hotels and it could make it more difficult for some features to be used properly or that just don't fit- but nothing that impossible to fix.just hope they can customize some of the features that can be a good fit to our needs.
