Exely provides an excellent Channel Manager solution that simplifies our daily reservations management. I am especially grateful to Jhen and Ms. Hang for their dedicated support; they are always responsive and helpful in setting up our system and generating accurate daily report data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The software performs well overall. It would be even better if the mobile interface or notification system for new bookings could be further optimized for faster updates.
