What do you like most?
We have been using Clock for nearly 5 years now and are very happy with it. The onboarding process was easy. They talk you throug all the options and help you set up everything you need for your hotel. The software is easy to use and very intuitive. So new employees understand quickly and you don't need a lot of time to train them. The new "Clock Academy" also helps a lot with training the employees. The support service is excellent. And they always work on improvements, so that working with Clock really helps to facilitate your day to day business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The team is always working on improvements sometimes it takes a while to get used to the new updates. But the explanations are always good.
