What do you like most?

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One of the points to improvement is the inconsistence on some analytics dashboards at the momento of make a filter by date, but is a little visual mistake. When an agent is taken a live conversation, the bot could be stop at the moment when an agent message is send it, it could be a little improve for reduce the user error to type a message at the same time of the bot had the control.
