What do you like most?
We run a small guesthouse, so having tools that are simple and efficient is essential for us. Hotellab has been a very good fit, as it’s easy to use and doesn’t require advanced technical knowledge or constant monitoring. One feature we find particularly valuable is the rate shopper. It allows us to track competitor pricing in similar touristic destinations and adjust our rates accordingly, helping us stay competitive without overcomplicating our daily operations. Even with a small number of rooms, the system helps us stay organized and make better pricing decisions. Overall, Hotellab is a practical and reliable solution for small properties like ours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For us it would be very helpful to have more simplified reporting and insights tailored specifically for very small properties.
