What do you like most?
It manages my bookings, automatic check-ins, and the submission of police and ISTAT records. The service offered is very useful for managing my business. Also, customer service, in the person of Andrea, is truly efficient. I had some problems and Andrea helped me in very little time and in a very professional and kind manner. Thank you, Andrea
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As far as my needs are concerned, I don't see anything to improve. Maybe the only thing could be that the Apple app could be a bit simpler to use
