What do you like most?
I love the check lists and being able to keep track of my team's performance on a daily basis. We get report directly to our email that let us know which tasks haven't been completed and where they stand. I love all of features and they make things run smoother. Especially the ability to mass text. It makes getting one message out to multiple guests at a time a breeze!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That's hard to say, I really have to think about this one. I would like to improve the Wiki layout. It can be a little difficult to find things unless you know exactly what the document is called. I think that it would also be nice if they helped more with the set up process in a way that makes the most sense for your property. We've had to cut back on the amount of automations that they set up for us.
