What do you like most?
Managing guest conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and our website used to be a challenge. D3x brings everything into one place, making it effortless. The AI agent, Coco, responds in a warm, on-brand tone that feels personal rather than robotic, saving our team time while keeping guests feeling welcomed. And whenever I had questions, the D3x team was always super helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More flexibility per channel, It would be great to have separate knowledge bases for each channel (like Instagram vs. WhatsApp) so the responses feel even more tailored to each platform.
