What do you like most?
We were always skeptical about AI-powered messaging systems, but d3x has completely changed our opinion. From the beginning, the platform impressed us with how simple, reliable, and effective it is. The backend is very easy to navigate, and the entire setup process was much smoother than we expected. A big part of our positive experience has been the incredible support team. Julius has been amazing to work with, he is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we have questions or need assistance. He helped us understand the system and made sure everything was properly configured. Jason, the founder, has also been great and clearly puts a lot of care into building a quality product and supporting customers. It’s refreshing to work with a company where the team is genuinely invested in helping users succeed. We highly recommend d3x to anyone looking for a powerful AI messaging solution with a team that truly stands behind their product.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not much, and I am pretty sure they are already working on it. The platform is already impressive, but continuous improvements and new features will make d3x even better over time.
