What do you like most?
I like the fact that I can see everything happening in real time with the revenue management system. I also like the fact that the upselling system links directly to my PMS system and we are able to upgrade guests in real time optimizing revenue and experience with a click of a button. Matthew is pretty awesome to work with as well!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't specifically think of anything to improve off the top of my head. Maybe a feature that sends automatic reports if you set them up to do so.
