What do you like most?
Working with Kollective has felt like adding a marketing department to our team rather than hiring an outside agency. They took the time to understand our property and our guests before making any changes, and they've made a real difference to how we show up online and to our direct enquiries. Communication is clear and prompt, the reporting is easy to follow, and they treat our hotel as if it were their.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
