What do you like most?
Stay N Touch is pretty intuitive and simple to use. Workflow makes sense in most scenarios and is fairly easy to navigate quickly to what I need to look at. The system utilizes a web browser and so that makes it easy to access when on the move, even from a mobile phone or tablet versus a static desktop in an office somewhere. Customer service is outstanding with providing feedback usually within an hour and if they have to bump it up to another department, their speed in responding and breaking down what works best for your needs is very fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think Stay N Touch can really improve their reporting and the Group functionality the most. While both are fairly good at what they do, coming from a larger and more expensive system can be a little frustrating with the limitations SnT has. Quickly Adding extra nights to a group booking or being able to choose where to borrow a room from when adding shoulder dates to a group room would be an amazing addition. Some functions can cause oversells if reservations are not adjust in a very specific way.
