What do you like most?
We chose Hotek to supply the electronic door locks for our 64-bed hostel in Amsterdam, and we are very pleased. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions. The locks are solid and easy to use, and the mobile key solution fits perfectly with our goal of offering self-service check-in. Highly recommended for any hostel or hotel looking to modernize its access system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing Hotek could improve is the onboarding for the software. Short instruction videos explaining the main functions, such as setting up the system, creating mobile keys and managing guest access, would make it much easier for new users and staff to get started without having to contact support.
