What do you like most?
I personally prefer Spontaneous Customer Service, ease of use and overall is a good product. However, i think there's still room for improvement in terms of user friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally, User Friendly is the key and also i think incorporate with AI + automation since this is the new trend.
