What do you like most?
The POS feature is quite suitable for our type of property. We are not a large hotel, so we do not need something too complicated. Having POS together with the hotel system makes it easier to keep track of sales and guest spending in one place.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing I noticed is the mobile side. The app is okay for viewing some information, but I would like to do more actual work there. Creating Reservations from mobile would be a useful addition for managers.
