What do you like most?
Duve is great for guest communication via various channels and Duve manages our online check-in process very efficiently. The solution is packed with functions, but what I like the most is the constant improvements and new features being introduced as well as the personal and timely support which is quite rare these days.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would hope for an integration to our POS system for online F&B orders. Duve offers an integration for select POS systems, but not the one we are running.
