What do you like most?
Very easy and quick to set up, and very easy to use. So easy, that once you have built a library of content on a user-friendly page you will find that most of your requests are responded automatically within seconds. Thats what guests not only want now, but expect. We have managed to achieve a 90% automation rate already. And the way it communicates with guests is excellent. Very friendly and natural. Not only are we using it to improve the guest experience but also to help with upselling of early check ins, late check outs and breakfast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The unified inbox is great as brings in OTA channels like Booking.com and Airbnb as well as WhatsApp. They are working on bringing in email to here which will be really helpful as would like to move all communication into one central hub.
