What do you like most?
I like that we can create tasks and check them off once we're done. It really is helpful for our front desk team to be completely informed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't like that you cannot delete comments unless you are the admin. Once things are old/irrelevant, it would be nice to take them down. Even if you could only take down your own comments it would be beneficial.
