What do you like most?
We are extremely pleased with the website delivered by the Simplotel team for Accord Hotels & Resorts and Kaldan Samudhra Palace. From the very start, the team—Nayan, Sahithi, Luqmaan, Nithish, Krishna, and Anarghya—has been incredibly supportive. They made onboarding smooth, and their expertise in designing and implementing our brand's vision was impressive. The pre-training and post-training sessions were well-organized, and the walkthroughs were clear and efficient. The product itself is flawless—offering smooth functionality, fast loading times, and a user-friendly experience. The customer support has been top-notch, with the team always ready to assist at every step. Additionally, the ease of use, along with the value for money and ROI, has been outstanding. A special mention to Mr. Tarun Goyal, the Founder & CEO of Simplotel, for his support throughout the project. His vision for customer-centric service has clearly reflected in the work the team has done. We truly appreciate the leadership and dedication that Mr. Goyal and the entire Simplotel team have shown.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the overall experience has been exceptional, there’s always room for improvement in terms of turnaround time for certain customizations. However, this is a very minor point in what has been an excellent journey with the Simplotel team so far.
