What do you like most?
We started using Preno for our first accommodation business that we acquired. As newer members of the industry, we didn't have the most experience with booking systems. The previous owners were still running manually, the Preno staff were more than accommodating with getting us setup but were also more than happy to provide their assistance with advice on industry standards. Unfortunately, we had to change over to another system some years down the track to facilitate the use of a key box system that at the time was not compatible. the new system is no where near as simple and user friendly. When we acquired our 2nd and 3rd properties the key system was not required, we had no hesitation in going straight to Preno for both.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only improvement that comes to mind is if could be compatible with the check inn systems key box systems.
