What do you like most?
Hotelzify has been a great addition to our tech stack at Olive by Embassy. The booking engine is fast, user friendly and integrates perfectly with our main Book Now button on the website, exactly the way we wanted. It has helped improve direct bookings and provides a seamless experience for guests. Their customer support is exceptional, especially Rishab, who has been consistently responsive, patient and proactive in helping us set up and fine-tune everything.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A little more flexibility in customizing offers and promotions, along with a few additional design options for the dashboard and booking flow, would make the platform even more powerful. Other than that, the system works very well for our needs.
