We use Wieldy's solutions at our hotel and are extremely satisfied. Automatically generating and sending codes to hotel guests based on received reservations, without the need for human intervention, greatly simplifies work and allows for significant savings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Greater ability to modify the content of correspondence sent to the customer (email and text messages). Ability to customize a wider range of communication languages ​​to the country code of the text message recipient. Integration of lock opening information with guest check-in information.
