What do you like most?
It is a very easy software to implement or integrate with an existing business. Very quick to learn how it works and afterwords use. We are very happy with the switch we made a couple years back.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment i would not improve anything about the software we are using, HotelConnect had some very minor issues in the beginning but they were very quickly resolved. So after a day we were on our way.
