What do you like most?
Connected to the PMS, Ulyses, and giving us a total picture of our business. Booking pace, all the Key performance indicators and specially we love the way they are using the filters. You can have access to all kind of information (segmentation, net revenue, board and all kind of comparison. Perfect. We are now in the way to control our results. In our case we focused our strategy in having a control of the channels and get maximum of income (total revenue).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We set up the automatic pricing tool following our own way to prepare the daily prices (taking in mind how things are going in our booking, time of the reservation and the rhythm of the reservations and how is our compset performing. We are asking to implement AI in the process, although we know that it is not going to be easy to get prices and build any automation and recommendation from the system with generative AI.
