What do you like most?
Simple, snappy, yet functional app. Both the app and the web interface are straightforward and easy to use. The controls afforded by the work order request system are great. Click Maint feels like it’s the product of a lot of love and is growing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Limitations in customizability - single request template / WO template for all user groups. Request portals are only somewhat customizable. Only preset user types with no custom user groups / access levels possible. No workflows.
