What do you like most?
What I love the most about HotelRunner is the integration options it offers. Being able to easily integrate with different channel managers and OTAs and manage all reservations from one place is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the user-friendly interface of the platform makes everything quick and efficient. The platform is user-friendly, making everything from hotel management to booking tracking seamless. Its integration with various OTAs and channel managers allows us to easily manage all reservations from one place. The support team is always responsive and professional. Overall, HotelRunner is a reliable and efficient solution for hotel management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One feature that could be improved in HotelRunner is the addition of a price calculator that displays each agency's promotional commission rates when sending rates. This would allow us to see the net price for each agency while sending the rates, making the process much more transparent and efficient.
