It has made our staff’s daily operations much more efficient. Their team is responsive, professional, and always willing to help with any request or adjustment. Overall, we’re very satisfied and would recommend InnOrder to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly hotel solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are occasionally some minor glitches in the backend system, but as mentioned, the after-sales support team is very efficient, so any issues are resolved quickly.
